Investigation Summary
At 10:00 p.m. on March 2, 2018, an employee was splitting merchandise from one conveyor line to another. When he attempted to throw a box over the conveyor line, it was caught between the two conveyor guards. The employee's left hand was caught and pulled between the belt and a roller when he tried removed the box and he suffered burns to his hand.
