Employee falls from scaffold and incurs concussion

At 12:15 p.m. on March 7, 2018, Employee #1, employed by a construction company, was working at a multiemployer construction project, a two-story residential structure. He was working from a scaffold and installing a drywall ceiling when he fell, a fall height of 5 feet. Emergency services were called, and Employee #1 was transported to the hospital. He was admitted and treated for a concussion.
