Investigation Summary
At 7:20 a.m. on March 12, 2018, an employee was moving a hanging trailer from the blasting area to another station when one of the chains that was holding it dislodges and the back corner of the trailer swung. The employee was struck by the trailer and pinned under it, fracturing his right ankle and femur. The employee was hospitalized.
