Employee's fingertip is amputated while using box cutter

At 12:00 p.m. on February 3, 2018, an employee was getting a pallet of boxes ready for the line. As he used a box cutter to remove the banding around a pallet of the boxes, he contacted one of his fingers. As a result, the tip of his finger was amputated.
