One employee is killed and another injured in fall from scaf

At 6:00 p.m. on March 8, 2018, Employees #1 and #2 were installing sheet rock on the second floor of a house. During installation, the employees fell from an indoor scaffold they had been working from. Employee #1 landed on a concrete slab, striking his head, and died, while Employee #2 landed on a set of stairs, dislocating his left arm.
