Employee falls from elevation and is killed

At 8:30 a.m. on March 9, 2018, an employee was walking on a roof when he stepped on a 2 inch section that was not secured. The employee was not wearing fall protection and fell approximately 45 feet. The employee was killed when he struck floor below, hitting his head.
