Investigation Summary
At 9:00 a.m. on March 9, 2018, an employee left the cab of a CAT 980C Loader and was climbing down the ladder when he stepped onto a chock block that was lying on the ground. The employee fell off of the chock block, twisted his left leg, and fell to the ground. The employee fractured his leg and was hospitalized.
