Employee slips and falls on icy surface

At 1:30 p.m. on March 12, 2018, Employee #1, employed by a telecommunications company, was walking to her car after work. She slipped and fell in the icy parking lot. Employee #1 was transported to the hospital, where she was admitted and treated for a preexisting condition aggravated by the fall.
