Investigation Summary
On March 2, 2018, a police officer was about .13 miles north of a city when he reported that he was in need of a tow truck. Shortly after, he reported that he needed rescue. By the time others got to the area, he was not seen nor his vehicle. The officer and his vehicle were swept away by high water into a field where he was found dead along with his vehicle.
