Employee is killed in fall from forklift

At 6:51 a.m. on March 4, 2018, an employee was repairing/replacing insulative ceiling paper at a food manufacturing plant. The employee was working from an elevated basket that was set on the forks of a forklift industrial truck. During work, the basket fell about 10 feet to the ground and the employee was killed.
