Employee amputates finger when caught between a belt and pul

At 3:45 a.m. on February 26, 2018, Employee #1 was checking for belt tension on the motor that operates the roller. The employee did not realize that the machine was still running when he put his finger on the belt. His finger became caught between the belt and pulley, amputating his finger.
