Employee partially amputates finger when using rag for clean

At 10:25 a.m. on February 22, 2018, an employee was wiping down a mechanically driven roller on a Coating Machine. The wet rag the employee was using was pulled into the nip point created by the rubber roll and gravure roll, amputating the tip of the left index finger.
