Employee is injured in fall from trailer

At 1:30 p.m. on January 31, 2018, an employee was standing in a trailer's doorway looking across the client's property for suspicious activity. The employee exited the trailer to go to his truck that was parked 10 feet away from the trailer and fell on his left side, fracturing three ribs on his left side and puncturing his lung. The employee was hospitalized.
