Investigation Summary
At 9:00 a.m. on February 23, 2018, an employee was using a Pro-eco powered coil transfer car, model FCC-50-72-76-22, serial number C1325-18-87. During work, an arm of the turnstile that transferred the coils malfunctioned. Several coils fell and struck the employee, resulting in his death.
