Investigation Summary
At 10:30 a.m. on February 18, 2018, two employees were installing an arm on a new 200 foot power pole and was working at the 150 feet level in a boom truck. Both employees were ejected from the boom's basket when the aerial lift began to lean to one side. Each of the employees were wearing fall protection equipment and suffered injuries related to that equipment and both employees were hospitalized.
