At 5:30 a.m. on February 15, 2018, an employee was rip cutting a header on a Delta-Rockwell 12-in.-14-in. tilting arbor saw and his fingers slipped underneath the guard. The employee amputated his right hand's index and middle fingers. The employee was hospitalized.
