At 4:30 p.m. on February 6, 2018, an employee was working with two coworkers who were trouble shooting the fire system alarm panel at an apartment complex. The employee collapsed while organizing and straightening wires and connections on a 24-volt alarm panel and suffered a fatal heart attack.
