Employee is injured when foot is run over by forklift

At 11:00 a.m. on November 16, 2017, an employee was offered a ride on a Toyota forklift by a coworker. As the coworker turned the forklift around, he ran over the employee's foot. The employee sustained multiple fractures in his foot, including his femur and tibia on the same side. The employee was hospitalized and received treatment.
