Employee Is Injured In Falls From Scaffold While Covering Gr

At 8:00 p.m. on February 4, 2018, an employee was leaning over to install a tarp over the top of a Wilson Grain Hauling Semi-Trailer. The employee fell through an open gate on the scaffold platform and struck his head on the concrete floor . The employee suffered a subdural hemorrhage and stroke from his head injuries and died on February 6, 2018, while still hospitalized.
