Employee pulls on belt to free roller and pinches finger wit

At 2:30 p.m. on January 12, 2018, an employee was grinding corn with a California Pellet Mill when a roller on the mill stopped turning. The employee stopped the machine and manually tried to turn the roller with the belt. The employee caught his right index finger in the pulley and pulled it through, pinching his finger by the belt and pulley. The employee was hospitalized.
