Investigation Summary
At 3:30 p.m. on January 23, 2018, an employee was monitoring the flow of molasses into a mixing auger. The employee's right hand inadvertently slipped into the path of the auger blade., resulting in partial de-gloving of pinky and ring finger on right hand.
