Employee is injured when ejected from aerial lift basket

At 10:30 a.m. on January 26, 2018, an employee was working from an aerial lift to cut a 30 foot pine tree. When the block was cut, it swung the wrong way and struck the bucket, ejecting the employee from the basket. As a result, the employee fractured his back and face.
