At 2:30 a.m. on January 12, 2018, an employee was turning a standup forklift around and struck a storage rack. The employee put his on the side rail of the forklift to steady himself and crushed his hand between a storage rack and side rail. The employee fractured several bones in his hand and was hospitalized.
