Employee falls from ladder and loses consciousness

At 1:45 p.m. on January 4, 2018, Employee #1, employed by an electrical services company, was engaged in electrical installation work at a multiemployer construction project, a commercial building. He was working from a stepladder when he fell. Employee #1 lost consciousness and experienced a seizure. Emergency services were called, and Employee #1 was transported to the hospital, admitted, and treated for fall-related injuries.
