Employee is struck by pallet of beans and is killed

At 10:07 a.m. on January 8, 2018, an employee was sweeping the floor near pallets stacked four high. Each pallet contained 20 bags of espresso beans that weighed 150 lbs each. A coworker had just completed placing the fourth pallet onto the other three pallets by using a forklift, when the stack of pallets and bags of beans fell onto the employee, killing him.
