Investigation Summary
At 10:30 a.m. on October 6, 2017, a senior building inspector was inspecting a site. The employee climbed a rolling scaffold owned by the drywall contractor to reach a certain area to inspect. As he climbed on top of the platform, the platform slipped off and he fell, a height distance of approximately 6 feet. The employee was the only person onsite at the time of the injury.
