Employee slips on icy patch and strikes head against wooden

At approximately 1:00 p.m. on December 26, 2017, an employee was working with two coworkers and was framing a house. The employee turned to cut some wood and stepped onto an ice patch where he slipped and fell, hitting his head on the wooden floor. The employee was killed.
