Investigation Summary
At 2:30 p.m. on December 18, 2017, an employee was dead ending a denergized 345 KV powerline to a new steel pole. As the employee grabbed the line, he received an electrical charge from the ungrounded powerline, resulting in electrical burns to both hands. The employee was not hospitalized.
