Employee falls from ladder and is found unconscious

At 11:30 a.m. on November 16, 2017, Employee #1, employed by a rain gutters company, was working at a multiemployer construction site, a multifamily building. He was found unconscious at the base of an extension ladder by employees of another contractor. The ladder was described as being almost tipped over. Emergency services were called, and Employee #1 was transported to the hospital, admitted, and treated for his injuries.
