Employee is crushed by a truck and is killed

At 8:06 a.m. on December 2, 2017, an employee was servicing a truck. The truck was driven on some blocks of wood and then jacked up on the passenger side. Someone went into the cab of the truck and turned the steering wheel causing the truck to fall off the jack pinning the employee under the truck. The employee was hospitalized and died from his injuries.
