Employee dies of heart attack at work

At 7:30 a.m. on December 13, 2017, an employee was working for a medical laboratory. She arrived at the establishment and went to the bathroom. Her coworkers reported that they heard her fall while she was in the bathroom. They ran to help her. The coroner certified the death as of possible natural causes due to heart failure, or heart attack.
