Investigation Summary
At 3:40 p.m. on December 9, 2017, an employee was using a ladder while cleaning out the rain gutters on the roof. The employee was found unconscious on the ground with the ladder alongside him by the Camp Director. The employee was transported to the hospital and died three days later. The employee had suffered severe head injuries as a result of his fall.
