Investigation Summary
At 12:30 p.m. on December 4, 2017, an employee was working in a workshop. While walking, he tripped and fell. As he fell to the floor, he reached out to catch himself and inadvertently contacted a moving saw blade with one of his hands. Two of his fingers were amputated as a result. The office manager drove the employee to a nearby emergency room where he was treated for his injury.
