Employee's is injured when hand is caught in pulley

At 2:00 p.m. on January 7, 2017, an employee was repairing a belt and pulley system and did not lockout the system. The conveyor started running and pulled employee's right hand into the pulley. The employee sustained lacerations, burns, and broken bones in his hand. The employee was hospitalized and treated for his injuries.
