Investigation Summary
On October 17, 2017, an employee was working for a firm engaged in water and sewer line and related construction. He was using a gasoline powered chop saw to cut a concrete pipe. The saw became pinched in the material. It kicked back and struck the employee in the neck. He died as a result of his injuries.
