Investigation Summary
At 4:45 p.m. on December 8, 2017, an employee was working with two coworkers and they were setting up a Christmas light display from a roof when he fell 9 feet, 9 inches from the roof to the concrete driveway. Emergency Services responded and found the employee lying face down and unconscious in the middle of the driveway with an open skull fracture. The employee was transported to Mission Hospital. The employee was killed from his injuries.
