At 6:30 am. on September 15, 2017, an employee was feeding wood block into Powermatic table saw to cut dados. The employee pulled the wood back towards him when a kickback pulled his hand into the blade. The employee partially amputated his right hand's index finger and lacerated his right middle finer and thumb. The employee was hospitalized.
