At 6:30 p.m. on November 27, 2017, Employee #1 was removing a hydraulic line from a Fenco Tractor with a Mulcher attachment that was loaded on a flatbed trailer. When the attachment lowered, the employee became caught between the loader arm assembly of the mulcher and the flatbed trailer, causing blunt force trauma, killing him.
