Employee falls from ladder and is killed

At 1:15 p.m. on October 30, 2017, an employee was standing on an over head beam trying to fit a metal vent into place. The employee either fell from the beam or fell from the ladder onto a concrete slab. The employee was killed due to internal injuries from fall.
