Investigation Summary
At 10:00 a.m. on October 2, 2017, an employee was working for a supermarket or grocery store. He was using a Hobart Model Number 5801 meat bandsaw, with Serial Number 27-1010-223. He was cutting chuck steak for meat stew cubes. A latex glove he was wearing was pulled into the bandsaw. He sustained bone loss on the index finger on his left hand.
