Employee is struck and killed by industrial forklift truck

At 1:30 a.m. on November 9, 2017, an employee was standing and counting the staged sand boxes. An industrial forklift truck going in reverse ran over the employee. The employee was killed by blunt force impacts to the head, torso and extremities.
