Employee falls from ladder during pressure washing activity

At 12:15 p.m. on October 15, 2017, an employee was carrying a ladder and walking to the wall of the back of a home. The employee set up the ladder against the wall of the home, and started pressure washing the wall. During work, the ladder slipped and the employee fell backwards and hit his head on the pool deck. The employee suffered sever head trauma and was killed.
