Employee falls from roof and fractures vertebra

At 7:43 a.m. on October 17, 2017, Employee #1, employed by a crane services company, was engaged in roofing work on the roof of a one-story commercial building. He was handling an electric power cord when he tripped over the cord and fell off the roof. Emergency services were called, and Employee #1 was transported to the hospital. He was admitted and treated for a vertebral fracture.
