Investigation Summary
At approximately 9:45 a.m. on June 29, 2017, Employee #1 and #2 were removing metal sheets from the roof of a building. The wind caught the steel panels and forced them into the nearby overhead power lines. Both employees suffered electrical shock and fell from the roof. They struck the ground and suffered unspecified fall related injuries. Employee #1 and #2 were transported to a medical center, where they received treatment and were then hospitalized.
