Investigation Summary
At approximately 1:30 p.m. on September 13, 1997, Employee #1 and a coworker were installing regular gutters at the edge of a roof. Employee #1 stepped to his right and off the edge of the gutter, falling 15 ft onto the concrete floor. He was killed. Apparently Employee #1 did not realize he was so close to the edge.
