Employee dies after suffering intestinal hemorrhage

Employee #1 was repairing telephone cable when a coworker noticed him slumped over in the excavation. He was dead. An autopsy revealed Employee #1 died of an upper gastrointestinal hemorrhage, secondary to chronic esophagitis.
