Employee injured in fall from roof

Employee #1 and a coworker were sheathing the west side of a roof. The coworker, situated above Employee #1, was handing down 4 ft by 8 ft sheets of 7/16 in. OSB (Oriented Strand Board) panels. As the coworker slid one board, it struck Employee #1's feet. He lost his balance and fell 13 ft 8 in. onto the ground. Employee #1 sustained injuries that required hospitalization.
