Property damage from improper use of a fork truck

On January 21, 1999, Employees were making a tandem lift with two different types (manufacturing and capacity) of fork trucks. While lifting the load, a large moment of the force (i.e., the twisting force) on one of the trucks was generated, which destabilized the truck and caused it to tip over. No employees were injured or killed in the accident, but one of the fork trucks was damaged in the accident.
