Four Employees Killed Two Injured When Wall Collapsed

Masonry contractor erected a 33 ft. high block wall. Other employees from two other companys were exposed on the east side of the wall. The wall collapsed killing four workers and injuring two others.(NOTE: This is the same accident as 201402542 and 201402559)
