Employee Killed by Overturned Fork Lift

On January 20, 2003, Employee #1 was operating a rough terrain fork lift. He began to navigate the equipment around a vehicle on site. The load was raised, and he attempted to direct the fork lift up an incline. It flipped over backwards and then on its side, killing Employee #1.
